Multiple types of Loan Officer positions available
- Inside Loan Officer Positions – We provide the “purchase” leads to you – which you in turn can use to develop relationships – this position requires you to be in the office 40 hours a week, comes with a base salary plus commission.
- Outside Loan Officers – You already have your referral sources. You spend time on the road making sales calls etc. This position can vary in compensation greatly depending upon production. If you produce more than $1m per month consistently your earnings can exceed 200bps.
- Common Loan Officer – we call it this because we believe this fits the majority of loan officers. With this plan, we provide you with leads and require you spend a 3 days in the office and 2 days out working with your referral sources. You typically will already have your referral sources but you want to grow and make more money. So, by working the leads we provide, you are able to help your referral partners grow their business by providing them with buyers in addition to forming new ones.
